Those of you have been to our home know we have a funky lay out. Not only do you have to go through my bed room to go into back yard, we have a beautiful door wall in our room. YES, it does make lots of natural light into the room and YES it does provide a wonderful breeze for this time of year but it also provides NO PRIVACY while laying in be relaxing. I had curtains but last fall I removed them because they were awful looking from the sun and water damage. I have been so busy with my cake business and no motivation to sew. THANKFULLY I have a friend Sarah R. who is very into sewing right now and took on the 5 panel challenge!!
I can now say, I can lay in bed and watch TV and not worry who is watching me!

ReplyDeleteWe have a SLIDING GLASS DOOR (I refuse to give in to the weird Michigan lingo of "doorwall") in our bedroom as well. I have very mixed feelings about this. But the privacy thing is a HUGE issue! Gald you found a workable solution!
