Good Bye Insomnia

Dear Insomnia!

We have know each other for many MANY years.  You have drifted in and out of my life for all of the years I have know you!  When I was a teenager you would prevent me from full rest causing me to fall asleep in math class, and I forgave you! Cause I still haven’t used Algebra to this day…   In my early twenties I embraced you, you help make me the party girl, the one to never get drawn on and prevent my hand from ever going into a cup of water to see if I could pee.  We had fun, lots of fun!!!  Then you helped me study my butt off all hours of night while in college.  Again this was fun it was peace and quiet!!  Then I got pregnant and you went off and did your own thing.  I have to say I didn’t miss you.  I enjoyed the well needed rest!   I have been busy with family and kids and haven’t thought much of you, then you showed up and kept creeping back in slowly… 12. 1. 2 and now 3.  REALLY!!! Get a fucking life and leave mine alone!!!  We  had fun but it’s time for you to move on and take Mrs. Wandering Mind with you!  She is tons of fun and has brilliant ideas at your peak 1-3 am!!!  I’m would love to say I will miss you but our fun is over and its Mr. Sand Bags time to be my friend!!
