It's that time of year again. Frank and I will be walking in the Step-up for Hope 5K Run, Walk & Stroll at Metro Beach on June 27th. This is a local charity spreading awareness of postpartum-related mood disorders. They also promote research and education.
We'd love to have you walk with us or if you can't maybe you'd be kind enough to sponsor us. If you'd like to walk it's $15 for pre-registration which includes food, beverage and gift bag, plus your guaranteed a Step- Up for Hope t-shirt. or it's $20 day of registration. Sponsorship is any amount you'd like to donate.
