Is he dying?

Carter is finally getting his 2 yr molars, his poor cheeks are bright red, has a runny nose and wakes up screaming. Last night I wanted to check on the status of the teeth coming in. I got a flash light and asked Carter to open wide, as I was looking at them and talking to Frank about the teeth, Nikolas is a serious yet excited voice asked... "is he going to die?". ah the joy of brotherhood!

On the subject of Lego’s

Nikolas asked me to help him assemble his new Lego house. Which means Mommy will you do this for me.

We spent a total of 3 1/2 hours assembling this, to have Carter destroy it with Iron Man in 3 1/2 minutes!

 

Because I *might* be OCD…

I have issues with little parts and papers and all things LEGO. I mean it’s a great mind toy and doesn’t include batteries which is always a plus for me however, the pieces are everywhere and the booklets with their cheap paper, well it’s enough to drive me INSANE! And because I can’t control the Lego pieces no matter how hard I have tried, I decided to control the booklets and I did just that!!!!

I bought a large binder and 200 plastic page covers, cut the booklets at the seam and placed each sheet into the page protectors.

And ta-da I ( I mean they) have a neatly organized binder where all the Lego directions are kept.

Good luck to them on finding the pieces to assemble a complete Lego Master Piece!
